Warranty Policy


1. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.

2. The return parcel should also be in original condition and original shipping packaging as received.

3. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund/replacement.

4. Company is not responsible if pracel is lost or any damaged during the return shipment, products should be safely wrapped to avoid from warranty/refund exemption.

5. Customers will receive the replacement or refund within a week, once the product is checked and confirmed.

6. Product is only subjected to warranty/refund within the stated warranty period.

7. Prior notification (with proof) is required before returning goods/products.

8. Products must be original unit sold by company, certain actions, such as warranty misuse, exchanging faulty products etc. may render a warranty invalid.

9. Company is entitled to amend terms and conditions without any prior notice.
